This is our manager. Because of the fact that he possesses all management skills and qualities to go to business meetings, to take decisions, to give out bonuses and to take us to team-buildings. And not only this. As one of the founders of Stenik Group he takes care of the company twenty-four hours and is always ready to sacrifice his private time to fulfill the business plan on schedule.

Stefan is a computer engineer from the Technical University Sofia and master in Business Administration at the University Braunschweig, Germany.

Dimitar Dimitrov

n irreplaceable part of the management and team of Stenik Group OOD from its foundation until now. As a sales manager he is responsible for the clients and the company’s income and as a partner is aware that success depends on the 100% dedication, purpose fullness and willingness. He says: „I started to earn the twice more clients with the twice less efforts since Stenik Group stopped being my job and became my lifestyle”.

Dipl. Eng. Nikolay Dimitrov

From founder and main developer to manager “International clients” – this is Nikolay Dimitrov’s course. It is his merit for Stenik’s entrance on the German market and the partnership with nwebs GbR. He is assigned the task for the company’s development abroad and the new partnerships with international companies.

Nikolay is a graduated computer specialist from the Karlsruhe University, Germany.

Zlatan Abadzhiev

Joined the STENIK team in May 2007 as a senior web designer, Zlatan Abadzhiev has over 12-year experience as a professional in web and graphic design. Since end of 2009 his duty is the main communication with the client and the right execution of all technical stages by the development of a web or graphic project. Pedantic in his work. As a Project Manager his main goal is a maximum satisfaction for the clients, following the latest trends in the graphic and functional project realization.

His main creed is: “Who don't look for a way, look for a reason”.
