As a result of our successful collaboration and thorough understanding of the commercial processes at S&D Commercial Ltd., we identified a number of issues and challenges in their operations together with them. To address these challenges, we developed a B2B platform that includes key and effective functionalities and solutions. The new B2B store has significantly optimized the business processes of the food and beverage distributor and facilitated the daily operations of their team, providing a better user experience for their partners—restaurants, shops, nightclubs, large and small retail outlets, and others.
By introducing online orders, we significantly reduced phone orders, minimized human errors in order processing, and provided partners with various options for ordering large volumes of goods, including access to analytics and financial reports.
The project includes real-time integration of online orders with the ERP system of S&D, ensuring up-to-date information and effective management of inventory and logistics.
