What does the Stenik GDPR solution include?
Our GDPR module will add the following functionality to the Magento online store:
- Add a new text page to the footer of the Privacy Policy site (the page name can be edited as needed)
- E-mail changes to new users associated with adding unchecked privacy policy checkbooks, declaring over the age of 16 and subscribing to a newsletter
- Changes by facebook & gmail registration to new users related to an additional page before finalizing the registration by adding unchecked privacy policy checkbooks, declaring over the age of 16 and subscribing to a newsletter
- Changes as guest user shopping related to adding unchecked checkboxes for privacy policy compliance, declaring over 16 years of age on a Chekaut page - before finalizing an online order.
- Changes by sign up for a footer site e-mail newsletter related to adding unchecked privacy policy checkbooks, declaring over the age of 16 and subscribing to a newsletter
- Changes to a registered (logged) user profile related to visibility and export of stored personal data, correction of personal data, and launching a request for forgetting / deleting personal data.
- Collecting consent of already registered users by pop-up with information from the Privacy Policy page and clicking on the necessary checkboxes. Using the client's account will only be possible after consent.
- Add a checkbox with the appropriate contact text for contact information collection on the Contacts page
- Recording in the database of each personal data as unique identifiers with ID
- Logging logs for each action associated with giving or withdrawing user consent
