This service successfully resolves well-known inconveniences associated with scheduling a precise delivery time to an address or waiting in line at the courier office. With "Easybox locker delivery," customers can pick up their orders at a convenient time. This solution is more beneficial for both businesses and customers, as it often reduces delivery and operational costs.

Easybox Deliveries in Your Magento Online Store

Our team of certified programmers successfully integrated Sameday's courier system with Magento. We implemented the "Easybox locker delivery" payment method, which provides customers with a self-service delivery option, significantly improving their experience. With this integration, merchants with Magento stores can offer their customers a convenient way to deliver orders, giving them a competitive advantage in the market. The module also works for deliveries in Romania and includes the option for delivery to both lockers and addresses.

How Does the Easybox Delivery Work in the Online Store Checkout?

In the following lines, we will describe the process step by step:

1. Product Selection: The customer adds the desired products to the cart and proceeds to checkout.

2. Delivery Method: In the checkout, the user selects the "Easybox locker delivery" option from the available delivery methods.

3. Choosing a Specific Easybox Locker: After selecting the delivery method, the customer is provided with a list of available Easybox lockers, organized by location. The extension captures the user's localization and displays the nearest lockers in a dynamic widget (map). The customer selects the most convenient locker and proceeds to the next step. The address can be saved in the user's profile for future orders.

4. Payment Method Selection: Payment can be made with a bank card immediately or through deferred payment. When choosing deferred payment, the customer receives a link for card payment via SMS.

5. Receiving Confirmation: After completing the order and successful payment, the customer receives confirmation by email and/or SMS with information about the order and the selected Easybox locker.

6. Delivery Notification: When the package arrives at the selected Easybox locker, the customer receives an SMS/Viber message with a PIN code and QR code for access to the locker where their order is waiting.

7. Picking Up the Package: The customer goes to the selected Easybox locker, enters the received code, and retrieves their package from the locker.

For our client's needs, we implemented the integration in the Romanian version of their online store. In the checkout, we included the options for Easybox locker delivery and address delivery through Sameday's courier service.
