On October 3rd, 2024, the 9th Annual eCommerce Summit, organized by Enterprise magazine, took place at Interpred WTC – “Sofia” Hall. For the ninth consecutive year, the event gathered representatives from the eCommerce sector in Bulgaria, providing a platform for the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and business contacts.

Stenik’s Participation in the eCommerce Summit Program

The Stenik team actively participated in both the program and expo zone of the event. Dimitar Dimitrov, Sales Director & Co-Owner of Stenik, delivered a presentation on the topic: "The Role of the eCommerce Team in the Success of an Online Store."

In his lecture, Dimitar emphasized the importance of effective team management in eCommerce and highlighted that a well-selected and well-managed eCommerce team is a key factor in achieving sustainable success in online business. He shared specific examples and valuable advice from his experience, which the participants found extremely useful and applicable.

The audience's reaction was positive. Dimitar emphasized the importance of collaboration between different team roles and shared practical methods for optimizing processes, which sparked numerous ideas among attendees. After the presentation, representatives from various companies sought additional information and exchanged opinions with Dimitar, thanking him for the useful tips that they could apply to their own businesses.

In addition to participating in the lecture sessions, Stenik also had a booth in the expo zone of the event. Visitors to the booth had the opportunity to meet our eCommerce specialists and consultants, receive personalized advice, and get guidance on the development of their online businesses. In the spirit of open collaboration, our booth was a place for discussing specific ideas, exchanging experience, and engaging in inspiring discussions.
