Stenik presented the essential omnichannel components for modern retailers during Online Advertising Bulgaria 2022

Online Advertising Bulgaria is a massive conference focused on digital marketing, eCommerce, SEO, and other aspects of online business. The event is suitable for anyone looking to master modern tools and learn about current trends in eCommerce.

Appreciating our expertise, our partners from Netpeak invited Stefan and Dimitar to deliver a presentation during the conference, which took place on June 23rd at Sofia Event Center. They took the stage as part of the E-commerce panel to talk about the essential omnichannel components for modern retailers.

The event garnered significant interest, and the room was packed. Stefan and Dimitar started their presentation by engaging with the audience and quickly managed to captivate the attendees with valuable advice and practical insights.

Of course, they didn't miss mentioning a few purely theoretical aspects of the discussed concepts and also demonstrated real statistical data from reliable sources.

Among the questions that Stefan and Dimitar emphasized were:

  • What is omnichannel?
  • What is the difference between multichannel and omnichannel?
  • How can we make our business omnichannel?

The topic of the essential omnichannel components for modern retailers was supported by real examples from the speakers from Stenik. Many of our clients are large retailers who not only have online stores but also have physical stores that work in constant synergy. Some of the solutions implemented for some of them were mentioned in the presentation, and Stefan and Dimitar highlighted our clients and partners such as Temax, Douglas and Beauty Zone, Raya Toys, Mercari.

It is for them that the Stenik team has implemented some of the mentioned omnichannel components such as In-Store Availability, Click and Collect, Loyalty Program, Buy Online - Return in Store, and others.

We surprised the attendees at the expo section

In the expo section of the conference, we set up our booth, where attendees had the opportunity to have meaningful conversations with a significant part of the Stenik ecommerce specialists and consultants. This allowed the event's guests to personally meet some of our team members and engage in discussions about various topics and practices.

Of course, Stefan and Dimitar also had conversations with the visitors. During the moments when they were not on stage, both of them personally shared useful practices and interesting facts about the online business with everyone interested.

We didn't miss the opportunity to prepare a small surprise for everyone at Sofia Event Center. Especially for the event, we created a quick registration form where interested merchants with active online stores could assign a task to Stefan and Dimitar.

The purpose of the assignment was for them to conduct a sort of user experience test in the online store and see how quickly they could complete a purchase.

The attendees responded with interest to the task, and a large portion of those with online stores actively participated. The exercise proved beneficial for both us and the event's guests. It helped us share useful practices and exchange experiences.

Interesting questions during the panel discussion and a final cocktail

The event concluded with a panel discussion led by Gennady Vorobyov, in which Stefan also participated. During the panel, attendees had the opportunity to ask their questions to the speakers, resulting in a pleasant discussion with many valuable insights, practices, and shared experiences. 

Of course, we celebrated the success of the event with a cocktail at the end of the day. This allowed us to engage with many of the event attendees, meet new people, and strengthen existing partnerships.
