At Stenik, we offer the opportunity for individuals who are not working in the IT industry to undergo practical training through internships and become specialists in online commerce.
Internship training has been a practice at our company since 2008. A significant portion of our team started as interns and are now eCommerce professionals, working as project managers, technical support, testers, designers, or programmers.
What position can I work in at Stenik after completing the internship?
In this internship campaign, the training is focused on Technical Support and Administration of online stores. This includes topics such as:
- Administration of online stores;
- Studying eCommerce terminology and processes (from marketing to ERP integrations to order management);
- Testing eCommerce functionalities;
- Effective communication with other colleagues from the company and Stenik clients;
- Support - solving problems for online store owners;
- Task management for enhancing online stores (communication with project managers, designers, and programmers).
Our internship program lasts for a period of 6 months, and after that, you have the chance for a long-term career at Stenik, starting as:
- eCommerce Support Specialist
- Assistant Project Manager
- Project Manager
